Have you met my best friend she is pretty much amazing.

If you had told me 4 years and 10 months ago that I would love this town, have 3 of the best friends and a ton of other great friends here, and have a three year old brother I would have laughed at you.
I am going to tell you the story of one of those three best friends, Kelly Tanner.
When we visited Warner Robins for the first time. my parents brought us to this church called Second Baptist, I was forced to go to Sunday School even though I did not want to. I sat there trying not to make eye contact or talk to anyone. But as I was leaving this tall blonde girl and a slightly shorter brunette started talking to me and I was not the most pleasant person to them and I regret that.
In August my dad and I became soccer coaches and dad signed up to be my coach. On the day that was supposed to be the first practice it rained so practice was cancelled. We met everyone at the field and gave them our info and they went home. But for some strange reason when dad went to go talk to one family I stayed behind, to this day I don't know why I did. But the next week before practice I went to this thing called co-op and it was at Second Baptist. I went to a class where we put recipes in jars to be cooked later. While in there I got to talking with 2 girls, a tall blonde and a slightly shorter brunette....sound familiar? Well we got to talking and the blonde's name was Kelly and the brunettes name was Holly. As life would have it Kelly turned out to be on my soccer team, and her family was the one family I didn't meet the week before. Funny how things turn out right?
Since 8th grade Kelly and I have had are share of good times and even one or two fights, but everything that has happened since 8th grade, from being tied up in my closet, to fighting over facebook messages, to coming to my 16th birthday, coming to Veritas with me in 11th grade, and going on the amazing/odd/confusing senior trip of awesomeness. I believe has made us stronger than ever and I will watch her children grow up and she will watch mine grow up weather we live in the same town or on the oppisite sides of the world.
Its 2012 now and Kelly and I are best friends and we graduated together from Veritas Classical school together. I don't know how my life would be right now if I hadn't of met her I would have missed on so many things, I would be a horrible writer (not that I am an amazing one any way), I would not know how to play call of duty or what its like to have someone who is there for you when you screw up and hurt them but they still care about you enough to text you and facebook you and talk to you like everythings okay. I thank God every day I met her and Holly that fine day, and then remet them months later. There is a reason we are friends now and graduation is not the end and I can't wait to see what God is going to do in our lives.
