Only 18

Yesterday I was talking with Kelly and we realized something. We are getting old, it seems like just yesterday my mom was running VBS at crossroads and I would go to harvest festivals with Josh. But after seeing these photos I realize how long ago that was. Shrek was my favorite movie for 4 years, I still know every word to the movie. Amy, Isaac, Sarah, Jay and I used to watch it all the time and foe years on Christmas eve that was the movie we watched. Monsters Inc that movie gave Jay nightmares, so much that we couldn't even talk about the movie. Dylan and Cole, I thought they were the cutest things on television and I loved going to my Grandparents when I knew there was a new episode out, since then I have seen every episode of suit life of Zac and Cody. The day Miley's show "Hannah Montana" came out I acted like I thought it was the dumbest thing in the world, but to be honest I liked it to begin with. Hillary Duff was one of my favorite actresses and her show Lizzie McGuire was one of my favorite shows. To be honest thats so raven I wasn't allowed to watch but I remember when it came on the air. The day "Steve" left blues clues was the day I stopped watching "Joe" annoyed me and I didn't like him. I still watch Blues Clues sometimes when I am babysitting and I still love it.


Looking back its so weird to even say that "looking back" because when I was watching all the shows I never thought about being 18, going to other countries, or college. I thought my best friend then would be my best friend forever, and while Amy is still my best friend and I may talk to my old friends from back then they aren't who I want to talk to when I'm sad or have a problem which is weird to think about but I wouldn't change any of it for the world.
