HELP help

An African proverb says, "When the elephants fight, it's the grass that suffers." The World Food Programme is suffering from a lack of donations from international donors. We learned today that the school canteen project that HELP oversees for 26 centers & affecting almost 6000 students was cut. We now have one staff out of work, one staff on a reduced salary, one staff who was not promoted & about 5000 students who will not be able to eat a healthy lunch at their school. HELP is currently going through 41 kg /143.5 lbs of rice PER DAY which now will need to come 100% from HELP's budget. Ouch, ouch, ouch.... We are hurting.
